Our studio operation is an inspiring environment where the feel and expression of our material is at the center. This is where the meeting between the end customer and our beautiful material takes place. Our skilled salespeople are there to guide through color, shape, and material. We are now looking for a full-time salesperson for our studio in Sätra/Skärholmen. We are currently in a very exciting phase, where much has happened, is happening, and will happen in all our stores in Sweden. Founded in 1968, Centro is the country's oldest professional chain for tiles and ceramics. We have stores & studios in 19 locations from Malmö to Örnsköldsvik. In 2023, FF Kakel AB merged its operations with Centro tiles & ceramics AB, and in 2024 we also welcomed Kakeldax in Sweden AB to Centro. Today, Centro is one of the leading companies in its industry with approximately 150 employees and a turnover of about 700 million SEK.

Role & responsibilities

As part of the studio operation, your daily tasks will primarily involve managing booked meetings with customers and preparing for these. You will be responsible for helping the customer move forward in the process of their choices regarding ceramics and interior design in an advisory and trustworthy role.

We strive for a high level of service with accessibility and wish for the customer to come to us with all ideas and questions. This also leads to a pleasant and cheerful work environment where we as a team strive to always succeed with our common customers together.

Your main tasks will include:

• The meeting with the customer! Provide extraordinary customer support and help the customer move forward in their specific project
• Handling drop-in customers
• Customer support and order/quote management in the business system Jeeves
• Optional support and work in the program Spark Vision (3D drawings)
• Participate in various information meetings
• Stay updated on product and industry regulations as needed
• Participate in customer events & fairs
• Keep an eye on the store's expression, order, and tidiness

Are you the one we are looking for?

We hope that you, as an applicant, find the description below to be accurate:

• Passionate interest in color, shape, and design (education in the field is considered an asset)
• Experience/interest in construction ceramics and its limitless possibilities
• Independent, proactive, and structured
• Positive, outgoing, and network-oriented
• Interest in the various needs and wishes of our target audience (experience in both B2B & B2C markets is an advantage)
• Good computer skills and express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Driving license B (access to your own car is a plus)

Employment conditions

Centro has a collective agreement, where the position falls under the Retail Agreement.

Scope: Full-time, 38.25 hours/week.

Employment: Probationary employment/permanent employment

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM (Work on Saturdays may occur)

Start: As soon as possible/according to agreement

Salary: According to later agreement
