ABOUT THE ROLE
SEB Kort operates across the Nordic region and collaborates with brands such as SEB, Eurocard, and several co-brand partners. In this role, you will work with corporate customers and handle inquiries via phone, email, and Facebook—just a small part of the over one million interactions SEB Kort manages each year.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dedicated team, assisting customers with inquiries regarding invoices, transactions, claims, credit, and interest rates. You will also guide customers through SEB’s digital channels, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.

You have a genuine passion for customer service and are driven by delivering excellent customer experiences. With a positive attitude and a solution-oriented approach, you thrive in a role that focuses on collaboration and personal interactions. We are looking for someone who:
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish, English, and German
- Has previous experience in customer service, sales, or another service-oriented role
