The Property Office manages and develops a unique property portfolio that is important for the residents, businesses, and visitors of Stockholm. The property portfolio consists of everything from well-known Stockholm buildings to public facilities for culture and sports, office buildings, fire stations, food halls, castles, farms, and cottages. We also manage nature and recreation areas outside the city limits. We are located in the Technical Committee House at Fleminggatan 4, about a 5-minute walk from the Central Station.

Your role

As a procurement officer, you are responsible for independently planning and executing your procurements. You contribute to developing the purchasing operations and the unit's working methods and also support the organization in business and procurement technical matters. Your work involves many interesting and developing collaborations and contacts, both internally and externally. You participate in several exciting assignments where you, in collaboration with the business, have the opportunity to carry out operational and framework agreements as well as procurement for large projects.

The procurement unit consists of 8 employees led by a unit manager. The position is a permanent full-time employment with immediate start upon agreement.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for someone who has:

• Documented experience in public procurement and/or a relevant university degree in law, engineering, or economics, or a degree from a vocational education in procurement. You may also have acquired equivalent knowledge in other ways.
• Experience in procurement within the construction sector and a good understanding of the construction process
• Good knowledge of LOU
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• Good knowledge and experience in construction law (ABT06, AB04, ABK09)
• Experience in procurement of standard agreements, AFF (ABFF15).

As a person, you are driven and enjoy working on developing/improving. You have the ability to act at a strategic level and work goal- and result-oriented. To succeed in the role, it is also required that you have a structured, flexible, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work.
