About the job

Position: Summer temporary position with varying hours during the summer. We would like you to be available for introductory and extra work during the spring.

Start date: According to agreement.

Working hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: Due to the Work Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).

Where do you see yourself this summer? By the sea or at Willys Hemma? Most people probably answer the sea, which is perfectly fine. But we would love to see you with us this summer! When you work at Willys Hemma, you get an action-packed everyday life. You will do everything from unpacking goods, working at the checkout, helping our customers, and keeping the store clean and fresh. As a summer employee at Willys Hemma, you will quickly take on responsibility and become an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience every day. In return, we promise you will gain experiences – such as in sales and service – that will be beneficial no matter what you choose to do in the future. • You want to learn new things and develop.

• You find it easy to collaborate with others – we work together as a team!
• It’s a plus if you have worked in retail or in service, but previous work experience is not a requirement.
• You take responsibility for your work, are punctual, and reliable.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
