N-Clean as a brand and company is part of the MIAB Group. MIAB delivers cleaning and facility services to businesses and organizations. We package a comprehensive delivery of various industry solutions or deliver them as individual services, such as cleaning and workplace services (conference, janitorial, fruit, coffee, plants, waste management, office supplies, etc.)
We are now looking for an offensive and results-oriented Bid Manager to lead the company's business primarily in the public sector but also in the private market. In your portfolio, you will have the entire MIAB group's range of services and products.
In the role of Bid Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire bidding process for the public sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of public procurement processes.
The position involves:
- Leading the preparation and submission of public tenders and proposals.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources.
- Developing and implementing bidding strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Ensuring compliance with all public procurement regulations and guidelines.
- Conducting market research to identify new bidding opportunities.
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Monitoring and analyzing bidding results to improve future submissions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Positive attitude and see problems as opportunities.
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in bid sales, bid calculation, or similar tasks.
- Documented experience of successful B2P/B2B sales in our industry is an advantage.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and accustomed to communicating professionally with contacts at all levels.
