About the job

Position: Summer temporary position with varying hours during the summer of 2025.

Start date: 2025-06-02 or by agreement.

Working hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: Due to the Work Environment Act, you must be at least 16 years old and have completed ninth grade. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).

When you work at Willys, you get a fast-paced everyday life. You do everything from unpacking goods, working at the checkout, helping our customers, to keeping the store clean and fresh. As a summer employee at Willys, you quickly take on responsibility and become an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience every day. • You want to learn new things and develop.

• It’s an advantage if you have worked in retail or in service, but previous work experience is not a requirement.
• You take responsibility for your job, are punctual, and reliable.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
