About the job

Position: Permanent employment, full-time. A trial period applies.

Start date: 2025-04-21 or by agreement.

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: Secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages. Previous experience in leadership roles is an advantage.

As a team leader at Willys Hemma, you play a very important role in the development of the store and the store team, and in working to offer our customers good and sustainable food at really good prices!

Here’s a bit more about the position:

• You are part of the store's management team and, together with the store manager, have overall responsibility for the store. Of course, you will also participate in the daily operational store work – you can expect to get many steps on the pedometer!
• You work purposefully to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key figures. You also contribute to the development and follow-up of the store's business plan.
• You lead team members in the store team and help your colleagues develop and perform to their full potential.
• You are a role model in welcoming all our customers and meeting them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
• You have overall responsibility for the store when the store manager is not present.
