Our goal is “Serve the world with better food”, and to achieve this, we are now looking for a Senior Retail Sales Developer to drive and develop sales with our largest and most important customers in the Stockholm region.

About the role

As a Senior Retail Sales Developer, you will play a central role in driving sales and strengthening Findus's position in the grocery trade. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize sales and growth in both category and brand.

• Analyzing and prioritizing store visits based on sales data to ensure maximum impact of your efforts.

• Optimizing product placement and activation by working with Perfect Store principles, driving central and local campaigns, and ensuring a strong in-store presence.

• Building long-term customer relationships by understanding store needs and offering solutions that create profitability and growth.

• Being a mentor and inspirer for the sales team, sharing knowledge and best practices to further strengthen our team.

Your profile

You are an experienced salesperson with a strong business drive and a passion for the grocery trade. We see that you:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or working in retail, preferably within FMCG.

• Have good analytical skills and can use sales data to identify opportunities and develop sales.

• Are a skilled negotiator with strong communication and presentation skills.

• Are self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented – you treat your district as if it were your own business.

• Have a valid driver’s license (category B) and good computer skills (Excel).

Meritorious

• Experience in leadership or mentorship.

• Experience with CatMan solutions.

Employment: Permanent with a 6-month probation period.

Start date: By agreement.

Area: Stockholm.

Travel: The role includes regular customer visits within the region.
