We are looking for a driven sales associate at 40% for our Chilli store in Barkarby.

About the position

As a sales associate with us, your main tasks will be to sell furniture and home decor products through active sales to customers in the store. You are responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive experience in the store and that it is perceived as well-organized and attractive.

The tasks are varied and include answering calls and emails, receiving deliveries, unpacking and assembling goods, pricing products, signage/product display, inventory, and cash register work.

To fit the role, you need to be:

• Results-driven - you love to sell and are motivated by good sales results. You are driven and unpretentious in your sales and strive to constantly improve.
• Relationship-building - you are passionate about service and genuinely interested in sales and customer interactions.
• A team player - you contribute to a good atmosphere and see the strength in collaborating to achieve common goals.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in sales. It is a merit if you have experience as a salesperson in a store, but it is not a requirement.
• At least 18 years old
• Completed secondary education

The position is a temporary contract at 70% starting immediately until 2025-09-30. The work varies on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
