About the Position

In the role of field sales representative at HKS Tak & Fasad AB, you will work in the field and actively reach out to potential customers through door-to-door sales. Your main responsibility will be to present our services to homeowners and generate interest in our professional roof and facade renovation solutions. You will play a crucial role in the company's success by identifying customer needs, explaining the benefits of our services, and scheduling meetings with our specialists.

Previous sales experience is advantageous but not required, as we offer comprehensive training and ongoing coaching to provide you with the tools you need to succeed in your role.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Actively contact and engage with potential customers through door-to-door sales.
• Present and inform about our roof and facade renovation services in a professional and trustworthy manner.
• Identify customer needs and explain how our services can be a solution for them.
• Schedule qualified meetings with our experts for further consultation and quotes.
• Work independently and purposefully while being part of a close-knit team.
• Contribute to the team's common goals and strive for high customer satisfaction.

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: Fixed salary of 17,000 SEK + commission of 500 SEK per scheduled meeting & bonus of 2,000 SEK if a sale is made
