About the position

Evidensia wants to create an environment where their customers always feel well taken care of when they contact them. Their new customer care center will function as an extension of the local clinics, providing personal and professional responses via phone, and this is where you come in as an important player.

In the role of customer advisor, you will serve as the first point of contact for Evidensia's customers
The main focus will be on receiving incoming calls and helping the customer find and book available appointments with the right veterinarian.
Identify needs and recommend suitable services based on our veterinarians' directives, such as vaccinations, health checks, and veterinary advice, as well as answering questions regarding opening hours, clinic locations, and other details
Meet the customer in a professional and attentive manner
Actively work towards customer satisfaction and achieving set goals

You will be based at Evidensia's newly built office in Gärdet, and working hours are scheduled between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, where you will work full-time for 8 hours a day. The planned start date is April 7th, 2025.

Your background

We are looking for someone with experience in service, sales, and/or customer contact. You have previously worked in retail, customer service, telemarketing, or another customer-focused role. Since the incoming calls can be in both Swedish and English, you have good knowledge of both languages.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and see that you contribute with a positive mindset and a solution-oriented approach – you see opportunities in every call. You have good communication skills and are attentive. It is important that you handle incoming calls professionally and can empathize with the recipient's situation. Furthermore, you are driven to achieve good results, are self-sufficient, and have a structured way of working.
