About the role:
We are looking for someone who wants to contribute energy and expertise to our Customer Service and Support team! You will assist in all customer service-related tasks on a daily basis. We expect you to be present at our office in Vårby, but you will be part of our talented Customer Service and Support team located in Osby. You will report to the manager of Back Office, who is based in Uddevalla. We believe that interaction, communication, and accuracy are prerequisites for successfully embracing the role.
We are looking for someone who:
Has good IT skills, excellent service and communication abilities, both in Swedish and English.
Has knowledge of Excel.
Customer service is NOHA's face to our partners and customers, which requires you to be customer-focused.
You should represent the department and NOHA well, be proactive and outgoing, and be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Is structured and has the ability to prioritize tasks during a varied workday.
Is self-driven with strong analytical and systematic skills.
Is solution-oriented, proactive, and service-minded.
Is good at building relationships with a strong customer focus.
Has excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities:
Receiving and processing customer inquiries via phone and ZenDesk to increase NOHA's sales and results.
Handling switchboard and telephony.
Managing contracts.
Staying updated on products and services, systems, routines, and processes within NOHA, as well as relevant market information.
Coordinating the customer inquiry process from start to finish. Handling complaints and deviations according to the deviation management procedure.
Creating new customers in Visma SPCS, updating customer information, and working according to NOHA's routines, processes, and guidelines.
Contributing to the growth of NOHA's service offerings, training, product portfolio, and sales to new and existing customers.
Completing assigned tasks and having a very good user experience with NOHA's applicable systems and tools.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service and support, administration.
Structured with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Good IT knowledge.
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English.
Experience from an operational service organization and experience with business systems like Visma Administration 2000 is a plus.

Scope: the position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probation period of 6 months.
