Aksab Kemi Sverige AB is an eco-labeled company in chemical engineering with systems for dishwashing, cleaning, and hygiene. Our business includes the production, sale, and distribution of chemical engineering products. In addition, we also offer sales and service of machines. Among our customers are restaurants & large kitchens, laundries, and car workshops. The company currently has 14 employees, and we want to grow!

We are currently looking for an administrative assistant for our head office in Tumba.

As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Handling order reception via phone and email
• Registering and managing orders in VISMA/SPCS
• Creating quotes, managing invoicing, and booking freight
• Performing purchases and handling administrative office tasks such as printing and mail management
• Coordinating sales meetings and managing customer contact

Desired profile:

• Experience working with order management via phone and email
• Familiarity with working in VISMA/SPCS
• Very good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

We are looking for someone who:

Is structured and meticulous; Since you are responsible for the order flow, it is important that you can work methodically and keep track of details.

Has good communication skills; You will have daily contact with customers, salespeople, and warehouse staff, which requires clarity and responsiveness.

Employment type: Probationary employment for 6 months, then permanent
