About the Position

We are looking for an engaged and solution-oriented Pre-Collection Agent for our client, an exciting FinTech company. In this role, you will handle outgoing and incoming calls as well as administrative work related to pre-collection and debt restructuring. You will work on setting up payment plans for both individuals and businesses, as well as managing incoming calls and emails.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

Calling customers who are late with payments
Answering incoming calls
Email management
Setting up payment plans for customers.
Administrative work related to debt restructuring and estates.

Your Profile

We believe you recognize yourself in the following:

At least one year of experience in service/customer service and computer skills.
Experience in collections is a plus.
Communicative and reliable, with the ability to take initiative and be solution-oriented.
Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
Attitude is important – we are looking for someone who is engaged and wants to do their best.

Our client is an innovative FinTech company with a flat organization where everyone talks to everyone. There are about 50 people in the office who strive to contribute to a more enjoyable workday for each other.

Salary: 27,000 SEK
