New position, new job opportunity for you who want to work as a Production Manager & Partner Responsible with us at Svenska Spel Tur. In this role, you will help ensure that our campaigns and partnerships are top-notch. You will be a key player within Media Management & Performance and Winners & Community, where you coordinate material production and drive commercial initiatives together with our partners.

What will you do? In the role of Production Manager & Partner Responsible, you will be responsible for ensuring that the material production for our purchased integrated campaigns and always-on activities runs smoothly and according to plan. You ensure that messages and materials are of the highest quality, follow marketing guidelines, and strengthen our brands. This involves close collaboration with internal teams, Brand Managers, Media Manager Tur, channel specialists, and external production agencies, advertising agencies, and media agencies.

You will:

• Coordinate and optimize the production and delivery of marketing materials within timelines and budget
• Lead the collaboration with external agencies and production partners
• Ensure that our campaigns adhere to guidelines for both marketing and branding
• Administer, report, and follow up on campaign outcomes
• Actively participate in campaign coordinating forums

But that's not all! As Partner Responsible, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, including the charities associated with our brands. You will maximize the commercial value of the partnerships and drive initiatives that create business value for Svenska Spel Tur. This means:

• Managing partnerships from strategy to execution and follow-up
• Leading joint communication projects together with various partners
• Supporting their communication to maximize visibility within regulatory frameworks
• Internal ambassador for our partners, ensuring business benefits for all parties

Are you the one who will make it happen? You are a structured and solution-focused person who thrives in a dynamic role with many contact points. You have a distinct ability to prioritize and organize your work, while being driven to create strong relationships and optimize processes. You have the ability to see the big picture and define purpose, goals, and frameworks for various communication initiatives. You are also:

• Experienced in partnerships and commercial collaborations
• Used to working as a client and requirement setter towards external partners
• Experienced in marketing, media buying, analysis, or project management (meritorious)
• Fast yet meticulous and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
• A skilled communicator with excellent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Strategic and business-driven with experience in driving complex projects and partnerships
