At VIASALES, we are now looking for a driven and pedagogical Sales Trainer who wants to help elevate our teams to new heights. Do you have a background in sales and a desire to share your knowledge? Then you are the person we are looking for!

As a trainer with us, you will have the opportunity to develop our salespeople's skills and ensure they reach their full potential. You will be responsible for:

• Planning and conducting sales training, both theoretical and practical.
• Coaching and motivating our salespeople to achieve their goals.
• Evaluating and improving our training programs to meet the company's and market's demands.
• Introducing new employees and giving them a kickstart in their sales career.

• Has documented experience in successful sales.
• Has worked as a salesperson, team leader, or in a similar role within sales.
• Is pedagogical, communicative, and skilled at engaging others.
• Has a solution-oriented mindset and loves to see others succeed.
• Preferred: experience in conducting training, workshops, or coaching.
