We are pleased to see an increased demand from our clients looking for customer service representatives. Therefore, we are now seeking you who enjoys working with people and is passionate about taking the customer experience to the next level. This is a general and proactive advertisement for incoming inquiries, both full-time and part-time.

About the role of customer service representative

Within the service area, there are many different types of jobs in various industries. Common to roles within the service profession is that you are the company's face to the outside world and the customers' first contact. You are responsible for the customer experience and ensure that incoming cases are handled from start to finish.

Examples of tasks as a customer service representative:

  • Answer questions and solve problems via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Register new customers
  • Receive orders, bookings, and complaints
  • Administration and invoicing

Who we believe you are:

To thrive and succeed in the role of customer service representative, your personal qualities play a significant role. It is important that you have good collaboration skills, are good at communicating, and are attentive to customers' needs. You are motivated by providing good service and get a little extra kick when you feel you have helped someone else and solved their potential problems. Of course, a sense of detail and accuracy is also important for you who are interested in roles within customer service as you will have many points of contact and often handle multiple cases simultaneously.

Your background may include:

  • Previous work experience in customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Previous experience in service and customer interaction, for example in retail or restaurants
  • Good data and system skills, Office package, etc.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
  • Good technical understanding is often an advantage

How does the process work?

The first step is to submit your application, it’s quick, upload your CV and fill in how we can reach you. You will now be searchable for me and my colleagues who work with recruitment within Back-Office and Customer Service. For those who proceed in the process, the next step may be that you receive an email with a request to answer a few short video questions and/or a brief phone interview to complement with certain questions. In the next step, there will be a digital or physical meeting at our office in central Stockholm. We also use testing tools and conduct personality tests and logic tests in many of our processes.
