Your Responsibilities

As an administrator/customer support at Lundgrens, you will play an important role in the team and support both customers and colleagues. Your main responsibilities include:

• Order Management: Receive and process inquiries and orders via phone and email.
• Administrative Work: Keep track of the inbox and ensure that all documentation is correct and up to date. Assist with quote requests and other administrative tasks that facilitate the daily work for your colleagues in the field and in the team.
• Production Support: Responsible for reporting hours and materials within production and keeping track of production status and changes in material usage and time.

You will be part of the sales team, so phone and email contact with customers will occur. In the long run, you will have the opportunity to work more with inside sales.

Your Profile

To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Technical Competence and Interest: You have an interest in technology and may have experience reading drawings or have worked in related industries such as manufacturing, workshops, or production companies. You also have an interest in learning about the company's products and systems.
• High School Education: You have at least a high school education or a vocational education, preferably with a technical focus.
• Good IT Skills: You are proficient in IT and are used to working with Excel and other administrative systems (you do not need to be an expert, but willing to learn).
• Communication Skills: You will have a large internal network and also communicate with customers, so it is important that you are willing to reach out and have an easy time communicating in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Drive and Endurance: You are a person with drive and a desire to do a good job. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are unpretentious, and thrive in a varied work environment.
• Attention to Detail: You have an eye for detail and can keep track of processes and information even when there is a lot to do.
