We are now looking for an enthusiastic, smart, and quick-learning person who wants to help deliver top-class driver service within Arval's Driver Experience Team. The team consists, with you, of 4 employees, one of whom acts as Team Leader for the group. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Your and the team's main task is to provide the best possible service to Arval's drivers. Some examples include accident reporting, service and maintenance, reporting, and complaint handling. In addition to daily contact with drivers, you will work with many different processes, but the common denominator is that all processes support the existing drivers. Arval's drivers currently contact you via phone and email, but the area is under development, and they will meet their customers through various types of channels in the coming years.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has good experience working in customer service, primarily via phone and email
Good computer skills and experience working in the Office suite
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, as it is required in daily work

It is also a merit if you:

Have a relevant post-secondary education
Have experience from the automotive industry or an interest in cars
Have a B driver's license
