Summer Job in the Recycling Team at Ragn-Sells

Ragn-Sells is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented employee for its Recycling team in Kallhäll. Here you will become part of a dedicated team that works together for a cleaner and more sustainable future. The position starts part-time in April and transitions to full-time during the summer.

As part of our customer support team, you will be the face of the company and contribute to a smooth customer experience.

In this role, you will be part of our recycling team, where you will handle customer inquiries and administrative tasks. To thrive in the job, you need to be stress-resistant, service-oriented, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks. You will have contact with both private individuals and corporate clients, as well as collaborate with colleagues internally.

  • Start: Part-time initially starting in April, transitioning to full-time after school ends.
  • Period: Until 31/8. Please note that leave is not possible during weeks 26–30.

You are offered

  • Full-time work during the summer (approximately 40 hours a week).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and computer.
  • Administer cases within recycling and ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Answer questions about invoices, products, services, and prices.
  • Receive, register, and price orders as well as handle complaints.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Is studying at a university, college, or vocational school at least 50% of the time.
  • Can work full-time starting as soon as possible until 31/8.
  • Has previous experience in service occupations.
  • Has good telephone skills.
  • Is proficient in using systems and thus masters the MS Office package.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, as this is required in daily work.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in customer service.
