YrkesAkademin in Stockholm is looking for an Administrator

We are looking for an administrator for our unit in Farsta, where we have a thriving operation with both Komvux education and training for the Employment Service.

As an administrator with us, you will have many balls in the air at the same time. You will act as the spider in the web for both staff and students, so collaboration is important. To thrive in your role, you should be able to quickly familiarize yourself with different systems as our municipalities use different ones.

Some of the tasks include:

• Admissions and student control
• Course offering publication
• Student admissions and sending admission letters
• Coding of all courses
• YKB control
• Reporting YKB to municipalities
• Statistics for annual reports
• Finance, preparation of documentation
• Invoicing municipalities
• Handling deviations
• Sending informative reports as needed
• Sending final reports and certificates
• Importing students and decisions
• Handling deliveries

It is an advantage if you have worked in Alvis.
