Your Role
As Activation Manager at JTI Scandinavia, you will ensure that their strategic goals are translated into concrete trade activities and tools across various channels to drive brand growth.
Your responsibilities include preparing activation plans (to increase awareness, generate interest, and scale initiatives), managing processes (briefs, agency collaborations, budget, and contact with relevant stakeholders), measuring initiative performance, and recommending adjustments. You will work closely with internal and external partners to strengthen JTI's market position.
Main Responsibilities
- Initiate and ensure that activities and tools are delivered according to set deadlines.
- Ensure proper budget management and closely monitor resource allocation and planning.
- Collaborate closely with other departments within marketing and sales to develop and follow up strategic plans based on KPIs.
- Collect and analyze data from available sources and conduct field visits to continuously evaluate the effects of our activities and identify opportunities for optimizing investments.
Qualifications
- Higher education in marketing, economics, and/or sales, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG. Experience in field sales is an advantage.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Experience with Business Intelligence systems is a plus.
