Payroll Administrator for Zalaris in Stockholm

Have you previously worked as a payroll administrator and have experience with outsourced payroll? Are you passionate about numbers and value high customer satisfaction? Then this could be the opportunity for you! We are now looking for a payroll administrator for a consulting assignment at Zalaris in Stockholm. The assignment is full-time with a start date according to agreement and is expected to last for 6 months with a good chance of extension or employment with Zalaris. The position is based at the company's office in Solna. You will have some flexibility to work remotely.

Your main responsibilities

  • System management of payroll with controls and validation
  • Prepare and deliver reports and statistics
  • Handle various aspects of payroll management
  • Manage service requests through the C4C system and inquiries by phone
  • Stay updated with current legal changes
  • Manual payroll calculations
  • Train and guide others in the team
  • Knowledge of how payroll is reported to finance and tax accounts
  • Perform any additional tasks related to the primary scope of the position
  • Maintain personnel and payroll data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control)
  • Payroll administration for statutory components (e.g., maternity, sickness, paternity, etc.)
  • Responsible for physical and electronic archiving

Who are you?

  • University degree or other relevant certification or experience in HR administration, payroll, or accounting
  • Experience with outsourced payroll
  • Good understanding and interest in IT/HR systems
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English
  • Experience with SAP HCM payroll management is a plus
  • Customer-focused with the ability to deliver high-quality services on time
  • Good knowledge of Excel is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Ability to plan work and prioritize tasks
  • Flexible personality
  • Good collaboration skills and a team player, able to meet deadlines
  • Business-oriented and attentive to customer needs
