We are looking for a Controller for a real estate company in Stockholm.

This is a consulting assignment.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork. Purpose of the assignment

Improve financial management through the budgeting and forecasting process, as well as monthly follow-up and variance analysis. Contribute to the Controlling unit and the business gaining a better understanding of corporate finance. Improve the investment process regarding progress and quality. Initiated implementation of a BI system.

Job responsibilities

• Ensure that the company's budgeting and forecasting process runs according to plan
• Ensure monthly performance tracking at department, unit, and property level
• Ensure monthly outcomes for investments in relation to the budget
• Ensure that investment calculations related to decision-making documents are correct and that the process runs smoothly.
• Ensure requirements and implementation of the BI system
• Contribute to reporting per property and conducting net operating income analyses at the property level
• Ensure the process for market valuation of properties
• Ongoing Adhoc analyses for the CFO, CEO, and management.
• Contribute to increased efficiency within the finance area

Requirements (IMPORTANT, mandatory)

At least 5 years of experience in controlling within the real estate industry Experience in both Business controlling and project controlling Experience in investment calculations Experience in driving development projects, such as BI systems and process development Bachelor's or University degree of at least 3 years Swedish spoken and written

MeritoriousExperience in property valuation
