SigtunaHem owns and manages 4,800 rental apartments in Sigtuna municipality. We are a service company that offers attractive housing, and our operations are characterized by long-term thinking and sustainability. Our main task is to develop safe and pleasant living environments with a high level of service. We build both rental apartments and condominiums, creating sustainable, vibrant, and well-functioning residential areas and neighborhoods.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Coordinator focused on telephone communication, you are the first point of contact for our customer service. Your primary task is to receive calls, respond to emails, coordinate maintenance requests, and assist with most questions related to our tenants' housing. You will also work in our rental process, handling incoming terminations and renting out parking spaces.

QUALIFICATIONS

We believe that you are:

• service-oriented
• able to collaborate easily
• have good communication skills
• proficient with computers
• fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are considered an asset.

We prefer that applicants are currently studying at a vocational college or through distance education.
