Are you analytical, engaged, and passionate about process development? Do you want to play a central role in developing and optimizing the operational processes at Stockholm Arlanda Airport? Then this could be the role for you! What does the role entail? As a Process Developer with us, you will have a key role in analyzing, developing, and optimizing operational processes and driving the airport forward. You will work with continuous improvement efforts with a full process orientation. You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and ensure that our processes are efficient, sustainable, and customer-focused.

Your main responsibilities:

• Map, analyze, and improve existing processes for increased efficiency and quality. • Lead and facilitate workshops for process development together with both external and internal stakeholders. • Implement and follow up on improvement initiatives based on data and business goals. • Support the organization in change management and create engagement for process improvements. • Ensure that processes are documented, standardized, and followed up according to best practices.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in process development
• Experience in change management
• Experience with Lean tools
• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Understanding of IT's role in various processes, including functions, integrations, and system capabilities.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English

It is an advantage to have experience in the aviation industry as part of this role involves understanding the aviation sector and its challenges, as well as identifying improvement opportunities to drive the airport forward. To succeed in this role, you need to be communicative and have good collaboration skills, as there is constant cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders. It is also important to be able to visualize processes, as the role involves effectively communicating workflows and identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
