About the Position Do you want to help create a world-class experience for visitors and employees in one of the Nordics' most dynamic environments? We are now looking for a driven and service-oriented receptionist and service manager for Westfield Mall of Scandinavia!
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the upper reception in the shopping center alongside our team and serve as a central contact point for both visitors and employees. Every day, we work to create an inspiring, smooth, and welcoming atmosphere – and you will be an important part of this experience.

Your main responsibilities include:
- Being the face of the center and providing visitors with a first-class experience
- Directing and assisting visitors as well as answering questions
- Selling gift cards and handling customer inquiries
- Maintaining contact with suppliers and center management
- Contributing to a smooth and well-functioning reception
- Other administrative tasks

We prefer that you, as a receptionist, are energetic, positive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. With a good amount of resilience, you handle unforeseen needs and challenges.
In addition, we believe that you:
- Speak fluent Swedish and English
- Have previous experience in service
- Are comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
- Have completed high school education
Employment Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period Employment rate: 85% Start: April 2025 Working hours: Varying during center opening hours (09:45-21:10), either you work opening or closing shifts, as well as some weekends.
