Your Role and Team

Are you passionate about software, healthcare, and enjoy helping others? Join our team as an Associate Support Specialist, where you will make a real difference for our customers by ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently.

What You Will Do

  • Handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and ITSM tools
  • Provide practical support for e-health applications and ensure a seamless operational experience for users
  • Understand and empathize with users' situations, ensuring they feel heard and supported
  • Event management and software configuration

About You

Requirements

  • Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, is a must, along with good English skills.
  • A friendly, customer-focused person who genuinely enjoys helping others and making them feel valued.
  • Someone eager to learn new tools, applications, and techniques to continuously improve support services.
  • An interest in software and a desire to develop your technical knowledge.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • A responsible and team-oriented mindset, ready to collaborate and achieve common goals.
  • Experience in customer support.

Location: Linköping and Stockholm

For us at Cambio, a sustainable work-life balance is important, and therefore we apply a hybrid work model. Together with your team, you will agree on which days to gather in the office. On other days, you can work from home if you wish, but you are always welcome to the office as well.

Extent: Full-time

Employment Type: Permanent position, 6-month probationary period
