Accounts Assistant with Experience in Customer Ledger and SAP S/4 HANA

ABOUT THE POSITION

HYDAC is looking for a meticulous and engaged accounts assistant for a maternity cover through us. The position primarily involves working with the customer ledger, but also includes some tasks within supplier ledger and ongoing bookkeeping. You should have good knowledge of customer and supplier ledger and an understanding of bookkeeping. We prefer that you have previous experience with SAP S/4 HANA, as you will be solely responsible for the customer ledger and need to handle various situations that may arise. You will belong to a close-knit team of 4 people located in Spånga, northwest of Stockholm. You will also be offered a thorough introduction/onboarding alongside the person you will be covering for.

This is a consultancy assignment, meaning you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at HYDAC. The assignment is initially for 6 months with good opportunities for extension for another 6 months.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Customer Ledger & Invoicing – Management of customer ledger, credit control, invoicing (including manual), payments, reminders, and collections.
• Supplier Ledger – Registration and approval of supplier invoices, coding, and booking of supplier payments.
• Systems & Administration – Maintenance of Pagero (invoicing distribution), registration of new customers in CRM, and support during the implementation of the supplier invoicing program YAMBS.
• Bookkeeping & Reconciliations – May occur as needed, e.g., during vacations or illness.
• Other – Archiving and other ad hoc tasks.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is at least a high school graduate in economics and has several years of experience in a similar role
• Has good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA
• Has good knowledge of Office 365
• Has good language skills in Swedish and English
