Project Administrator Construction/Factory
Do you have experience in administrative work within industry, construction, or production and thrive in a dynamic and varied environment? We are now looking for an Administrator for Alucrom AB! This is an exciting role for you who want to contribute to an efficient and structured operation while working in a fast-paced organization with development opportunities.
About the role
As an Administrator at Alucrom AB, you will have a central function and support both the factory and construction operations. The role involves a combination of administrative tasks, document management, and quality controls. You will work closely with the regional manager, project leaders, and production staff to ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Your main responsibilities include:
Administrative support for construction and factory operations
Managing purchases and order administration
Follow-up on deliveries and material handling
Quality controls and document management
Planning and follow-up of projects
Managing systems and registering information in Monitor or similar systems
Supporting management with reporting and analysis
Coordinating logistics and transport
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience in administrative work, preferably within industry, construction, or logistics
Good system knowledge and experience with business systems (Monitor is an advantage)
Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel
Structured and meticulous working style with attention to detail
Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
Driver's license B (required)

The position is a consultancy through Temp-Team with good opportunities to transition to employment with the client after an agreed period.
Location: Stockholm/Jordbro, work is on-site
Working hours: 7-16 or 8-17 with some flexibility
Start: Immediately, ahead of the peak season
Wellness allowance: 2400 SEK
Travel may occur, about 5 times a year with possible overnight stays
