Accounting Economist for Finance Department in Sollentuna

We are looking for a structured and analytical person for our finance department in Sollentuna for a 12-month consultancy assignment starting April 22nd. About the Position

As an accounting economist with us, you will be an important part of our finance team and will have a broad role focusing on ongoing accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as monthly closing. You will work closely with other finance functions and ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the finance department in daily operations
• Ongoing accounting and reconciliations
• Management of accounts payable: receipt registration and coding
• Management of accounts receivable: invoicing, reminder handling, and payments
• Ensure accruals and documentation
• Independently perform monthly closing
• Be responsible for Intrastat reporting
• Participate in improvement work and administrative tasks as needed

Suitable Background

• Experience in accounting, preferably within manufacturing companies
• Good system skills and experience with ERP systems & Excel
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Meritorious if you have experience with the business system Pyramid
