In your role as a Collector Advisor with us, you will be responsible for your assigned customer portfolio. You will be the contact person for assigned customers and will manage the case handling regarding your customers' matters.

The position involves contact with debtors and authorities in the role of representative. Furthermore, you will take legal actions within debt collection and work towards reaching agreements with debtors regarding, among other things, payment plans.

As a personal case handler, you have an advisory function towards our customers, and the position requires that you have good communicative and problem-solving skills.

Experience and knowledge:

· Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing, and good experience in English, both written and spoken.

· Industry experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

· Secondary education with a focus on economics or equivalent is a prerequisite. Post-secondary education in economics/law is an advantage.
