We are looking for a customer service representative in technical support who enjoys guiding customers through their technical challenges and providing top-notch service. If you are the kind of person who likes to understand how things work, perhaps built your own computer, and have a natural knack for troubleshooting – then we would love to have you on our team!

In this role, you will be a key player in our Customer Support team in Mölndal, where we ensure that our customers receive quick and professional assistance via phone, email, and our ticket management system. Here, you will work in an environment where we value teamwork, initiative, and a desire to continuously improve the customer experience.

You will be part of a great team of nine people where we support each other, share knowledge, and have fun together at work.

We are looking for someone who...

  • Has experience in customer service and basic technical knowledge in IT
  • Is self-driven, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Sees what needs to be done and can prioritize tasks effectively
  • Enjoys both collaborating in a team and taking individual responsibility
  • Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing

Your tasks:

  • Phone and email support for customers and suppliers
  • Handling return requests from customers
  • Administering uncollected packages, incorrect shipments, and goods tracking
  • Managing returned products that are not tested or troubleshooted
  • Other tasks within the department may also occur

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in IT and technical support
  • Previous experience in customer service via phone and email
  • The ability to quickly take responsibility and become self-sufficient
  • Good collaboration skills and a desire to understand customer needs

Meritorious:

  • Knowledge of Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish
  • Good knowledge of Excel

  • Salary according to collective agreement. The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.
