Mobello is Sweden's leading destination for modern, fashionable, and functional mobile accessories. We are located in some of the country's largest shopping centers and offer a wide range of trendy cases, protection, and accessories – always with a focus on design and personal service. Through a strong customer focus and a dynamic store concept, we have built a loyal customer base. We are now looking for three driven Retail Managers – two in Stockholm and one in Gothenburg – to continue developing our stores and take the customer experience to the next level.

Your Role

As a Retail Manager, you will have overall responsibility for sales and development of three to four stores. In close collaboration with the store managers, you will ensure that each store performs at its best through strong sales strategies, optimized operations, and engaged staff. You will analyze results, identify opportunities, and implement measures to maximize revenue.

Three days a week, you will be in the store where you will sell, meet customers, and ensure that the store environment is optimized for sales. By being present on the floor, you gain a direct understanding of customer needs and can adjust sales strategies in real-time. Two days a week, you will work from the office with analysis, recruitment, scheduling, and developing the stores' business opportunities together with your colleagues and your immediate manager.

As a Retail Manager in Gothenburg, you will be based in our two stores in Nordstan and Frölunda and conduct store visits in Malmö and Jönköping.

Who Are You?

🔥 Confident Seller & Experienced Retail Leader - at least 3–5 years in store manager or multi-store responsibility. Experience in recruitment is highly meritorious.

🛍️ Customer Experience Focused - knows exactly how to create a store that attracts, engages, and converts visitors into buyers.

📈 Goal-Oriented & Analytical - motivated by sales targets and sees opportunities in numbers.
