About the Role and Your Responsibilities

Katedralskolan welcomes a new teacher to our subject teams! A planned leave of absence allows Katedralskolan to offer a temporary position of 70% during the academic year 2025-26 in Natural Science and Mathematics.

The position involves closely collaborating with subject colleagues to plan and conduct teaching in these subjects according to the applicable curriculum and perform job-related tasks.

We are looking for you

We are looking for a qualified and certified upper secondary school teacher in Natural Science and Mathematics who is passionate about your subjects. You are equally interested in the students, both in their knowledge development and their individual and social growth. You can lead, motivate, and create engagement in the teaching situation, and you systematically evaluate and develop your teaching. You collaborate with teachers, student health teams, and other school staff, contributing to a positive climate and constructive solutions. You can use digital tools in a way that enhances the quality of pedagogical and organizational work. The position will be filled on the condition that the position is not needed by an already employed person and that we find the right candidate for the school's needs. About the Workplace

Katedralskolan is the oldest school in the Nordic countries, founded in 1085. Located in the center of Lund, it is easily accessible by public transport for our 1500 students and 160 employees.
