About the position

As a construction and landscaping worker, you will have a varied everyday life where you work on different assignments for our clients. Your main tasks will include:

• Groundwork for foundations
• Paving
• Adjustment before asphalting
• Water and sewage work

The work primarily takes place outdoors, and the projects vary in scope. You will mainly work daytime, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. Evening and weekend work may occur if necessary.

Your employment begins with an introduction where we provide you with thorough onboarding and help you quickly integrate into both the role and the company. Together with your manager, you will create a plan for your development. The season runs from May to November 2025, with the possibility of further employment if everything goes well for both parties.

We are looking for someone who

To thrive and succeed in this role, your attitude and engagement are the most important. We are looking for someone who is a team player and enjoys collaboration, but who can also work independently when needed.

We would like you to have:

• A valid B driver's license
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience or education in construction and landscaping work, such as water and sewage work, paving, or stone laying
• Experience reading blueprints
• Certificates for Work on Roads and/or Safe Construction (if you lack these trainings, they will be provided before your employment starts)
• A BE driver's license
• Certification for wheel loaders and/or excavators.
