We need to strengthen our operations within Stone Material Area North/Blasting, Norr- & Västerbotten with a Supervisor, and we are looking for you who want to play a central role in our continuous development and who enjoys working closely with operations and production.

The Role of Supervisor/Team Leader

In the role of Supervisor/Team Leader, you will plan, lead, and allocate work and resources within our blasting operations in Norr- & Västerbotten. This means that you

• ensure that the projects you are responsible for comply with applicable permits and budgets,
• that production occurs according to production planning and established quality frameworks, and
• that production is as efficient as possible based on market demand.
• You ensure compliance with our order and safety regulations as well as blasting permits and vibration requirements through active work environment efforts.
• you are responsible for ordering and handling daily materials
• have leadership responsibility for subordinate staff and are responsible for creating good cooperation with subcontractors and customers.

You will have dedicated skilled workers and subcontractors to assist you. You report to the Site Manager.

We wish you to have the following experiences and skills:

You have several years of experience in blasting/drilling in the construction and civil engineering industry, as well as previous experience leading subordinate staff. You have at least a technical education at the high school level. You have good computer skills and some experience with administrative work.

You are a driven and committed person who wants to lead and create results together with us. You are meticulous, communicative, and relationship-oriented as you see the value in developing good relationships with colleagues and subcontractors.

Meritorious if you have:

• Blasting license class A
• Above-ground blasting work
• Blasting work leader

The employment is a probationary position located in Umeå or Skellefteå. Since the position involves travel within the district, a B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
