Job Responsibilities

As our new Project Manager, you will drive our projects from start to finish and handover. You are responsible for ensuring that the financial, time, and quality goals in the projects are met. In your work, you coordinate all activities in the construction process so that those involved can succeed in their tasks and our customers feel satisfied with our deliveries. You will actively participate in meetings with clients and contractors and be responsible for ongoing purchases of materials and services. It is you who ensures that the project is delivered according to the applicable contracts and agreements. As a project manager at Martinsons, you will be part of a team of ten project managers and project engineers. We also collaborate closely with other colleagues within Martinsons and Holmen Timber.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in similar tasks. We consider it suitable if you have a university degree as a construction engineer or equivalent education relevant to the position. We also believe you would fit the role if you have acquired skills in similar work areas, for example, if you have worked as a site manager in construction projects or similar. Previous experience as a site manager or project manager in a similar field is an advantage.

In your work, you are used to switching between operational and strategic tasks. You work independently and take responsibility for quality and finances in your projects while valuing collaboration and good communication highly. Furthermore, you are structured and persistent and understand the importance of delivering on time. As a person, you are meticulous, outgoing, and decisive. Experience in contract law, finance, and project planning is highly valued.

A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position.
