About the Position

The role of Project Manager at Norrtech is varied. The work is divided into estimating, project management, and the assignments you work on vary in length. You will be responsible for multiple projects simultaneously, and the clients you primarily work with are construction companies and property owners. As a Strategic Project Manager, your role will also involve planning production, distributing projects among our project managers, supporting your colleagues, and following up on timelines and finances in ongoing projects.

Common tasks in your new role:

• Estimating
• Project Management
• Purchasing
• Distributing and following up on all our projects
• Being part of the management team and having a significant role in the company's development through strategic work

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with previous experience in project management within the HVAC industry. You have a B driver's license and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required for communication with clients and colleagues. We see that you have a good understanding of the flow - from inquiry to final product. Also, you have solid knowledge in estimating, bidding, execution, and handover.

We believe that your personal qualities are crucial for how well you will thrive in the role at Norrtech. As a person, you are structured and organized with a good ability to plan both your own and others' work. Norrtech VVS & Industri AB was founded in 2014 and was owned by Simon Sandström and Marcus Hermansson until the company was acquired and became part of the installation company Instalco in April 2020. Instalco provides design, technical installation services, maintenance, and upkeep of properties and facilities in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. The offering includes comprehensive solutions in electricity, plumbing, ventilation, industry, automation, and technical consulting.

Currently, the company has 21 employees operating in the Umeå area and performs all types of plumbing work. Norrtech aims to offer sustainable energy systems and tomorrow's energy solutions.
