We are looking for earthworks and construction workers to strengthen our team during the peak season of 2025, with the possibility of further permanent employment after the earthworks and construction season. About the position

As an earthworks and construction worker at Nåiden Infra, you will have a varied everyday life where you work on interesting projects for our clients as well as in our own development projects. The tasks include:

• Earthworks for foundations
• Paving
• Adjustments for asphalting
• Water and sewage works

The work is mainly outdoors, and the projects vary in scope. To make your everyday life smooth, working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday.

You will start your employment with an introduction where we ensure that you receive solid onboarding and quickly get into both the role and the company. Together with your manager, you will create a joint plan for your development with us. The peak season runs from May to November 2025, and there are good opportunities for further employment if the collaboration works well for both parties.

We are looking for someone who

We believe that your commitment and drive are the most important factors for thriving and succeeding with us. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating but is also comfortable working independently when required.

To be considered for the role, we see that you:

• Have a B driver's license
• Master Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience or education in earthworks/construction, such as water and sewage works, paving, or foundation work for houses.
• Experience in reading drawings
• Certificates for Work on Roads and/or Safe Construction are advantageous; these trainings are otherwise well provided on-site at Nåiden Infra.
