We are now recruiting a specialist worker for our client, a well-established company and a leader in trenchless technologies for the renovation of water and sewage networks.

The client specializes in trenchless pipe renewal and maintenance of water and sewage systems, offering services such as cleaning and renovation of pipes for drinking water, sewage, district heating, gas, and industry, as well as general contracting, which means they handle everything from project planning and traffic arrangements to trenching, temporary water, service connections, connections, and restoration.

As pioneers in trenchless technology, our client is committed to delivering sustainable solutions across the country. With offices in Malmö, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Umeå, and Enviken, they are on a steady growth journey and are now looking for engaged employees to join the team in Umeå.

Job Responsibilities

You will work in a team of 3 people who drive and perform trenchless installations within water and sewage using the flexible liner method, which means renewing pipes without having to dig them up. Read more about the technology at this link:

You will be based in Umeå but work regionally, often traveling. Typically, you will work four days a week with Friday being a worked day. In the contracts, vehicles need to be driven, and machines need to be operated and repaired. Problem-solving is part of all assignments.

We see no obstacles if you do not live in Umeå, but if you are open to a traveling role, you can be based anywhere in northern Sweden.

Qualifications

To thrive and develop in this workplace, you should:

• Hold a BE and C driving license.
• Be practically inclined.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish.
• Have the physical ability to fit and work in tight spaces.
• Be flexible to travel and stay away from home from Monday to Thursday.

Meritorious:

• APV.
• Have practical knowledge and experience in working with engines and hydraulics.
• Experience in earthworks or as a jetting truck driver is advantageous.
