We are looking for site and construction workers to strengthen our team during the peak season of 2025, with the possibility of a permanent position after the construction season. About the position

As a site and construction worker at Nåiden Infra, you will have a varied everyday life where you work on interesting projects for our clients as well as in our own development projects. The tasks include:

• Site work for foundations
• Paving
• Adjustment for asphalting
• Water and sewage work

The work is primarily outdoors and the projects vary in scope. To make your everyday life smooth, the working hours are scheduled during the daytime, Monday to Friday.

You will start your employment with an introduction where we ensure that you receive thorough onboarding and quickly get into both the role and the company. Together with your manager, you will create a joint plan for your development with us. The peak season runs from May to November 2025, and there are good opportunities for further employment if the collaboration works well for both parties.

We are looking for someone who

We believe that your commitment and drive are the most important factors for thriving and succeeding with us. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating but is also comfortable working independently when required.

To be considered for the role, we see that you:

• Have a B driver's license
• Master Swedish in speech and writing

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience or education in site/construction, such as water and sewage work, paving, or foundation work for houses.
• Experience in reading blueprints
• Certificates for Work on the Road and/or Safe Construction are advantageous; these trainings can also be provided on-site at Nåiden Infra.
