We are looking for someone with experience as a project manager, design manager, or construction manager in the construction and real estate sector for one of our offices in Luleå and Skellefteå.

The WSP Project Management business area is one of the country's leading players in qualified project and construction management. Management delivers project management in its entirety in the form of complete organizations or as parts of the functions included in a project management organization. Management operates in all phases of the construction process, from developing future projects, through the entire project implementation, and with services in the management phase. Today, we have about 450 employees in Management and are located all over the country.

About us

We offer qualified consulting services in project management, design management, construction and installation management, BIM, project development, project control, quality, environmental and occupational health management, cost estimation and financial management, construction inspections, and quality management.

Our assignments cover all types of construction and civil engineering projects and range across the entire chain from early feasibility studies, investigations, and design to commissioning, control, and inspection. Our services are requested, among other things, for new construction and renovation of hospitals, industries, and offices.

About the role

We are looking for someone with many years of experience as a project manager, design manager, or construction manager who can take on larger projects within new production and renovation, etc.

As an established project manager, you have a well-established network and good local knowledge, and you thrive in the role of creating the right conditions for the business. If you have knowledge of the conditions in ABK, ABT, and AB, as well as previous experience with EPC and/or EPCM projects, it is an advantage.

We prefer that you have a bachelor's or master's degree in construction or civil engineering, or a vocational education with relevant work experience. The role requires good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing, as well as good computer skills and a B driver's license.
