About the position

As a Project Manager with personnel responsibility, you will play a key role in our operations. You will be responsible for 12–15 energy consultants in Umeå and Stockholm and ensure that the team develops and delivers at a high level. In addition to personnel responsibility, you will manage 4–5 parallel projects in HVAC and energy, where you will be responsible for both budget and quality.
You will be part of the company's operational management and participate in strategic decisions through project manager meetings. Experience in personnel responsibility and recruitment is an advantage but not a requirement – the most important thing is your ability to lead, structure, and drive projects forward.
