Bergvretenskolan is a K-9 school with about 850 students and approximately 110 staff. The size of the school allows us to work flexibly and to learn from and with each other – in many different constellations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Teaching in the after-school program.

You will plan and implement teaching in one of the after-school program's departments. There may also be an opportunity to join the after-school program's development group along with five other certified teachers.

You will develop and shape the pedagogical activities with your colleagues so that all children can develop their very best selves. You have a positive attitude, a flexible working style, good collaboration skills, and contribute to the development of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who sees the diversity in all children and students as an asset. You are interested and curious about each student’s learning and development and enjoy creating good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You have a strong commitment, desire, and willingness to work in a team where everyone can share and distribute responsibilities while also being able to take responsibility for and lead the organization forward in accordance with the after-school program's governing documents.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a certified teacher in after-school programs
• Is driven to provide each student with a personal approach and create a learning experience tailored to their unique needs.
• Wants to help develop our after-school program.
• Has good collaboration skills and enjoys working in teams.
• Has clear leadership and works towards an accessible learning environment where all students are included.
• Has a reflective approach and actively works to develop your and the school's teaching methods.
• Plans, documents, and implements your teaching in accordance with our governing documents and possesses good communication skills while striving to create good relationships with both students, colleagues, and guardians.
