Are you an experienced and dedicated primary school teacher who is passionate about every student's development? Bäckagårdsskolan is now looking for a primary school teacher in French and Swedish. Here, you are welcomed to a stable school with a positive climate where we enjoy collaborating and learning from each other. Together with the team, you are responsible for the students' learning and development. In collaboration with other teachers, you will plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on the curriculum. Your focus will be on creating the best conditions for each student in a developing, safe, and trusting learning environment. The teaching is based on current research and is adapted to each student's prerequisites. The role includes mentorship, and at our school, we work from a health-promoting perspective.

You will actively participate in the school's development work, working together with other school staff to establish and maintain a good learning and working environment for students and employees at our school. Qualifications

You who are applying are a licensed primary school teacher for grades 6-9 with subject competence in French and Swedish. Previous experience working as a primary school teacher in middle school is considered an advantage. In your role as a teacher, you have a good understanding of and knowledge of the school's governing documents and can effectively use them in your daily work. You have good didactic and pedagogical skills and can therefore lead and organize your work to create a good learning environment for the students. Based on scientific principles and proven experience, you are involved in developing the operations. At the same time, you have good experience with and work effectively with relevant digital tools. The position also includes the role of co-mentor for a class. Of course, you have a professional approach and work towards good relationships with our students, their guardians, and all your colleagues at the school. To fit as a primary school teacher with us, we believe you have a good ability to take initiative and a genuine interest in development work within the school. We are looking for someone who is a positive and clear leader with a relational approach. We also believe that you can inspire others and are secure, both in yourself and in your role as a teacher. Bäckagårdsskolan is a K-9 school with approximately 560 students and about 100 employees. The school is located in eastern Malmö next to the green areas of Gyllins trädgård and Husie mosse. The surrounding nature and the school's facilities offer a creative and healthy learning environment.
