As a technical support representative, you will be part of Verifone's technical support team, assisting their customers and partners with technical issues related to their existing payment terminals as well as the installation of new terminals. Good knowledge of various networks, such as mobile networks, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and LAN, will be very helpful for these tasks. You will also handle change requests for terminal data and perform software updates. Additionally, customers may have questions regarding settlements and transactions. Your responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, as well as logging all cases in their case management system (JIRA).

Your profile This job is suitable for you who enjoy problem-solving, providing good customer service, and talking to customers. You will receive training in Verifone's systems and products to be ready for the role, but a technical interest is an advantage. If you are technically savvy and have an interest in learning about the latest technologies, computers, and software, this job is for you. The payment industry is constantly evolving, and you will often learn new things as Verifone continuously introduces new terminal models and payment types to the market.

  • Good user of IT systems and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with different systems
  • You have good communication skills and a strong drive to provide the best possible customer service
  • Experience in technical support and/or industries with high customer volumes and transactions is an advantage
  • Calm, responsible, flexible, and independent
  • Basic experience with the Office suite
  • Possess a high school diploma
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
