ABOUT THE POSITION
As a test leader, you will play a key role in implementing the bank's testing strategy and planning for system deliveries and integrations. You will lead and coordinate testing efforts, ensure effective collaboration between teams, and manage test environment configurations and test data.
This is a consulting assignment for 6 months with a good chance of extension.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
Your main responsibilities include identifying, documenting, and prioritizing issues to ensure quick resolution and maintain high delivery quality. You will be the primary point of contact for testing and ensure that development teams, project managers, and business stakeholders are aligned with testing processes.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has at least 5 years of documented experience as a test leader or similar role.
- Has a solid understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, including both manual and automated testing methods.
- Has strong skills in defect tracking, test case management, and test reporting, with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Has excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and convey testing insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Is proficient in English, both spoken and written.
It is a merit if you:
- Are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Have experience with insurance administration systems.
- Have experience managing and coordinating test environments and data preparation.
