About the Role

Vattenfall Eldistribution is at the forefront of the energy transition and plays a central role in the powerful electrification currently taking place at the societal level. The transition involves significantly increased customer interactions where the Customer Information and Insights group translates external and market trends into business impact, analyzes our customers, and builds forecasts to understand the growth rate.

We are now looking for an engaged Scrum Master with an interest in the energy industry to support our product teams. You will be an enabler who ensures smooth collaboration between product owners and the product team while promoting a strong team culture. As a person, you are self-driven, flexible, and have a good ability to build relationships.

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for three agile teams. You will belong to the Customer Information & Insights team, but 50% of your time will also support a development team that belongs to Customer Experience & Digital Channels.

The teams you will support develop complex forecasts, analyses, and customer insights, as well as design and develop Vattenfall Eldistribution's websites and web products, such as www.vattenfalleldistribution.se and Mina sidor.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Motivate and inspire the team around the agile working method and promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
• Lead stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other ceremonies.
• Ensure adherence to Scrum values and practices.
• Facilitate the team's development and delivery of technical solutions and new features that meet business needs and our customers' expectations.
• Identify and remove obstacles that affect the team's efficiency and engagement.
• Facilitate communication between teams and enable effective collaboration with other internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree in a technical field.
• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master and a strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Experience in the energy industry is a plus.
