About the role

As a consultant and test leader at System Verification, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating testing activities within various projects for clients. Our clients work across different sectors, providing you with the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and skills in QA and test management in diverse environments. The assignments vary, and you may have the opportunity to be involved in the process of selecting assignments that suit you best. Together with your nearest consulting manager, you will create a plan for how your development in your area could look at our company, so you can maximize your potential.

When we hire you, it is not with a specific assignment in mind. If both parties feel that this is a good match, we are confident that we can find exciting assignments together with you in line with your development plan.

About you

• You have several years of experience in test management and see testing as a collective activity for the team rather than an individual role.
• You have experience working with testing in agile IT environments.
• You are accustomed to navigating development projects according to established processes and methods.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
